Locations
Manage your warehouse and storage facility locations.
Locations represent your physical warehouse and storage facilities. Every inventory, bin rack, and goods receiving operation is tied to a specific location.
StorageOverview
The Locations page shows all your facilities in a table with key information including the location name, company, manager, city, and a visual utilisation indicator.
Utilisation tracking
Each location shows a colour-coded utilisation percentage based on its bin rack capacity:
| Utilisation | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 0–33% | Green | Plenty of capacity available |
| 33–66% | Yellow | Moderate usage |
| 66–80% | Orange | Getting full |
| 80%+ | Red | Near capacity |
Capacity planning
Monitor locations approaching red utilisation. Running out of storage space can disrupt goods receiving and put-away workflows.
