Inventory

Overview

Inventory displays a searchable, paginated table (100 items per page) with real-time updates. You must select a location to view stock, as inventory is tracked per warehouse.

Stock states

Each product row shows quantities broken down by state:

ColumnWhat it means
Total StockSum of all stock states for this product
Due from POsQuantity ordered from suppliers (in transit)
Due from 3PLQuantity coming from third-party logistics
ReservedQuantity allocated to customer orders
Put Away StockReceived but not yet placed in bin racks
Rework StockItems needing reprocessing before storage
In ProductionItems currently being manufactured
AvailableReady to fulfill orders (sellable stock)

Available stock

Available stock is the key number for fulfillment — it represents items that are physically in your warehouse, placed in storage, and not reserved for existing orders.

Searching and filtering

Location (required)

You must select a location to view inventory. The system automatically loads the first available location when you open the page.

Search modes

  • Fuzzy search (default) — Matches the last word you type, good for quick lookups
  • Exact match — Matches all words entered, better for precise searches

Search works across SKU codes, product titles, and brand names.

Client filter

In multi-client setups, you can filter to see inventory for a specific client.

Making stock adjustments

With the appropriate permissions, you can make inline stock adjustments directly from the inventory table. This is useful for:

  • Correcting stock discrepancies after physical counts
  • Writing off damaged goods
  • Manual adjustments for miscellaneous reasons

Audit trail

All stock adjustments are logged for audit purposes. Always include a reason when making manual adjustments.

Real-time updates

Inventory levels update in real time as stock moves through your system:

  • Goods received → Put Away Stock increases
  • Items placed in bins → Available stock increases
  • Orders allocated → Reserved stock increases
  • Items shipped → Total stock decreases
