Who is Helium for?

Helium supports three types of users, each with a tailored experience:

Admin Admin users have full access to organisation settings, user management, and all operational features. They configure the platform and manage the team.

Company Company users are team members who work within the platform daily — managing products, processing orders, handling warehouse tasks, and more. Their access is controlled by assigned roles and permissions.

Client Client users have a focused portal view. They can browse products, place orders, and track shipments for their account without accessing the full operational dashboard.
