Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Helium Systems in just a few minutes.

This guide walks you through the essentials to get started with Helium. By the end, you'll know how to navigate the dashboard, find key features, and begin working with your data.

Signing in

Open Helium

Navigate to your organisation's Helium URL in a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). Helium is a web application — no installation required.

Enter your credentials

Sign in using the email address and password provided by your organisation administrator. If you haven't received credentials, contact your admin to have an account created for you.

Select your client

If your organisation manages multiple clients, you'll be prompted to select which client workspace to enter. You can switch between clients at any time from the sidebar.

Your first look at the dashboard

Once signed in, you'll land on the Tasks page — your personal command centre showing outstanding tasks, recent activity, and quick actions.

The dashboard is organised into a left sidebar for navigation and a main content area where you'll do your work.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to open the global search — the fastest way to find anything in Helium. You can search for products, orders, customers, and more.
