How services are used

Shipping services appear in the Pack Station when generating labels. The fulfillment team selects the appropriate service for each consignment, which determines:

  • The delivery speed and cost
  • Whether the service covers the destination country

Enable and disable

You can disable a service without deleting it. This is useful for seasonal services or when temporarily pausing a delivery option.
