Using Open Orders
The Open Orders view complements the Consignments page. While consignments track the shipping side, Open Orders focuses on the order side — making sure no confirmed orders are missed.
Use this page to:
- Review pending orders — See what's waiting for fulfillment
- Identify priorities — Sort by date or urgency
- Allocate to consignments — Create or assign orders to consignments for shipping
Fulfillment workflow
