Pick Lists
Generate and manage warehouse pick lists for order fulfillment.
Pick Lists guide your warehouse team through collecting items from storage locations. Each pick list is generated from one or more consignments and tracks the picking progress in real time.
Pick ListsOverview
The Pick Lists page shows all generated pick lists grouped by status. Each list contains the items to collect, the bin rack locations to visit, and the associated consignments being fulfilled.
Pick list statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Picking | Active — items are being collected from the warehouse |
| Completed | All items picked, ready for packing |
| Cancelled | Pick list reverted, consignments returned to Open |
Key information
Each pick list displays:
- Pick list ID — Unique identifier
- Location — Which warehouse to pick from
- Channel type — Sales channel (B2B, POS, etc.)
- SKU count — Number of different products to pick
- Unit count — Total items to collect
- Bin racks — Number of storage locations to visit
- Consignments — Number of consignments included
Actions
Route
Click Route to view an optimised picking route on the warehouse map. This helps pickers navigate the warehouse efficiently, minimising travel distance.
Complete
When all items have been collected, click Complete to mark the pick list as done. This moves the associated consignments to the In Pack status, making them available at the pack station.
Cancel
If a pick list needs to be abandoned, click Cancel. This returns all associated consignments back to Open status so they can be re-assigned to a new pick list.
Pick lists are immutable
Once created, a pick list cannot be edited — only completed or cancelled. If changes are needed, cancel the list and generate a new one.
Workflow
- Generate from the Consignments page (select open consignments → Generate Pick List)
- Pick items from warehouse storage, using the route for efficiency
- Complete the pick list when all items are collected
- Items move to Pack Station for packing
