SKU Pricing

Set specific product prices for individual customers or channels.

SKU Pricing lets you set exact prices for specific products at the customer or channel level. This overrides any pricing rules and gives you precise control over individual product pricing.

Pricing

Overview

While pricing rules apply broad adjustments (e.g., "20% off everything"), SKU pricing sets exact prices for specific products. This is the highest-priority pricing level in Helium.

When to use SKU pricing

  • Negotiated prices — A customer has agreed a specific price for certain products
  • Promotional pricing — Temporary price reductions on specific items
  • Channel-specific pricing — Different selling prices on different platforms
  • Cost-plus agreements — Exact price points agreed with a customer

Pricing hierarchy

SKU pricing sits at the top of the pricing precedence. If a product has an SKU-level price set for a customer, it will always be used regardless of any pricing rules or group settings.
