Working with campaigns

Creating a campaign

Navigate to Marketing

Go to Commerce → Marketing in the sidebar.

Create a new campaign

Click the create button to start defining a marketing campaign.

Set campaign details

Enter the campaign name, description, date range, target channels, and associated products.

Track progress

Monitor the campaign status and update details as it progresses.

Campaign information

Each campaign can include:

  • Campaign name and description — Clear identification of the activity
  • Start and end dates — Campaign duration
  • Associated channels — Which sales channels the campaign targets
  • Product selection — Which products are included
  • Notes — Additional context or instructions for the team
