Images
Manage product images, designate main photos, and track image quality across your catalogue.
The Images section provides a dedicated view for managing product photography across your catalogue. Quickly identify products missing images, designate main photos, and flag items needing better imagery.
ImagesOverview
The Images page shows a paginated list of products (50 per page) with their image status at a glance. Expand any product row to view, upload, and manage its images.
Image status indicators
Each product shows quick-reference status indicators:
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Has images | Product has at least one image uploaded |
| No images | No images uploaded yet |
| Has MAIN | A primary/main image has been designated |
| Missing MAIN | Images exist but none is set as the main image |
| Improvement required | Product has been flagged for better photography |
Filtering by status
Use the status filters to focus on products that need attention:
- All Products — No filtering, shows everything
- No Images — Products with zero images — useful for identifying gaps
- Has Images — Products with at least one image
- Missing MAIN — Products with images but no designated primary image
- Improvement Required — Products flagged for re-shooting or editing
Prioritise your photography
Use the "No Images" and "Missing MAIN" filters to create a photography priority list. You can also filter by supplier to focus on specific product ranges.

Uploading images
With edit access, you can upload new images directly:

Designating the main image
Every product should have a MAIN image — the primary photo used in listings, catalogues, and order views:
- Expand the product's image gallery
- Select the image you want as the primary photo
- Mark it as MAIN
Flagging for improvement
If a product's images don't meet quality standards:
- Flag the product as needing improvement
- This makes it appear in the "Improvement Required" filter
- Once re-shot or edited, clear the flag
Searching and filtering
The image management page supports:
- Text search — Search by SKU or product title, with fuzzy or exact match toggle
- Client filter — View images for a specific client
- Supplier filter — Focus on a specific supplier's product range
- Status filter — Use the status filters described above
Importing images
For bulk image uploads, use the import feature at Insights → Import → Images. This allows you to upload multiple images at once and map them to products by SKU code.
