Viewing Products

Browse the product catalogue as a client user.

As a client user, you can browse the product catalogue to see all products available to your account.

Browsing the catalogue

The product catalogue shows:

  • Product images — Photos of each product
  • Product title — Name and description
  • SKU code — Product reference number
  • Pricing — Your applicable prices (based on your pricing tier)
  • Availability — Whether the product is in stock

Searching for products

Use the search bar to find products by:

  • Product name or title
  • SKU code
  • Brand
  • Keywords in the description

Quick search

If you know the SKU code, searching by it is the fastest way to find a specific product.

Product details

Click on any product to see its full details:

  • Complete product description
  • Specifications and dimensions
  • Available images
  • Your pricing for this product
  • Stock availability

What you won't see

The Client Portal does not show:

  • Internal cost pricing or margins
  • Supplier information
  • Other clients' products
  • Inventory breakdowns by location
