Placing Orders
How to create and manage orders through the Client Portal.
The Client Portal lets you place orders directly. Your pricing is applied automatically based on your account settings.
Creating an order
Browse products
Find the products you want to order by browsing the catalogue or using search.
Add to order
Select products and specify quantities. Your account pricing is applied automatically.
Review the order
Check the order summary including:
- Products and quantities
- Unit prices and totals
- Shipping address
- Any special instructions
Confirm
Submit the order. You'll receive a confirmation with an order number that you can use to track the order.
Order management
After placing an order, you can:
- View order status — See where your order is in the fulfillment process
- View order details — Check line items, quantities, and pricing
- Track shipments — Access tracking information once dispatched
Order statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | Order received, awaiting processing |
| In Fulfillment | Order being picked and packed |
| Dispatched | Order shipped — tracking available |
| Delivered | Order delivered |

Your prices are set by your account manager. If you have questions about pricing, contact them directly.
