The Client Portal provides a streamlined experience for client users — external partners or customers who need to browse products, place orders, and track shipments without accessing the full operational dashboard.

Overview

As a client user, you have a focused interface that shows only what's relevant to your account:

  • Product catalogue — Browse available products
  • Order placement — Create and manage orders
  • Shipment tracking — Monitor delivery status
  • Account details — View your account information

What's different from the full dashboard?

The Client Portal is a simplified view of Helium. Client users:

  • See only products, orders, and shipments for their account
  • Cannot access operational features (inventory, production, warehouse, etc.)
  • Cannot view other clients' data
  • Cannot see internal pricing, cost data, or supplier information
  • Have a cleaner, focused interface designed for their workflow

Getting started

Sign in

Use the login credentials provided by your account manager. You'll land in the Client Portal automatically based on your user type.

Browse products

Explore the product catalogue to see what's available. You can search, filter, and view product details.

Place orders

Select products and quantities to create new orders. Your pricing is applied automatically.

Track shipments

Once orders are dispatched, track their delivery status and access tracking information.
