Tracking Shipments

Track your orders and shipments through the Client Portal.

Once your orders are dispatched, you can track their delivery status through the Client Portal.

Viewing shipment status

From your orders list:

  1. Find the order you want to track
  2. Click to view order details
  3. The shipment section shows:
    • Carrier — Which shipping provider is handling delivery
    • Service — The shipping service used (e.g., Next Day, Standard)
    • Tracking number — Click to track on the carrier's website
    • Status — Current delivery status
    • Estimated delivery — Expected arrival date

Tracking numbers

Each shipment has a tracking number that you can use on the carrier's website for detailed tracking:

  • FedEx — Track at fedex.com
  • Royal Mail — Track at royalmail.com
  • DPD — Track at dpd.com

Multiple packages

Large orders may be split across multiple cartons, each with its own tracking number. All tracking numbers are shown in the shipment details.

Delivery issues

If you experience delivery problems:

  • Not arrived — Check the tracking number for the latest status
  • Damaged — Contact your account manager with photos of the damage
  • Wrong items — Contact your account manager with details of what was received
