Export your data from Helium in various formats.

The Export feature lets you download your Helium data in CSV format for external analysis, reporting, or backup purposes.

Export data from various areas of Helium including products, orders, customers, inventory, and more.

Exporting data

Navigate to Export

Go to Insights → Export in the sidebar.

Select data type

Choose what data you want to export (e.g., products, orders, customers).

Configure filters

Optionally set filters to export a subset of data — by date range, status, client, or other criteria.

Download

Generate and download the CSV file. Large exports may take a moment to prepare.

Common export uses

  • Financial reporting — Export order and invoice data for accounting
  • Inventory auditing — Download stock levels for physical count comparisons
  • Marketing analysis — Export customer data for external CRM or marketing tools
  • Backup — Regular exports as a secondary data backup

Data format

Exports are in CSV format, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet tools. Date fields use ISO format for consistency.
